Every year the Company joins the Boys & Girls Club of Miami-Dade to provide kids with a cool Halloween experience. For back-to-school season, One Park Financial also joins forces with local businesses to help collect school supplies for students of all ages in the Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade. Bringing some much-needed relief to their families as they prepare for the new academic school year.
One Park Financial believes in the power of organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade which provide a safe and supportive place for kids and teens to go after the school bell rings. Supporting the 8 million kids and teens who are alone and unsupervised after school. The Clubs help build a great future for the youth of our South Florida communities with programs that include homework help, mentorship, healthy lifestyle decision-making, character and leadership development, and essential job skill training.
The Northwest location of the Boys & Girls Club of Miami suffered a great loss last year when their Teen Club building caught fire. Since then, the teens at the NW club have been in a much smaller building with bare walls inside and minimal furniture. In the spirit of investing in the success of the community, One Park made a significant financial contribution towards the renovation of the NW Teen Club and even more significantly donated their Grovie’s time during business hours to help paint and beautify the space.
